NCGMT represents Motives Cosmetics and this team was put together & came about
via Ronica Garcia (a.k.a. facesbyronica) for Motives Cosmetics.


So, with that being said, allow me to elaborate a wee-bit on Motives Cosmetics-

Motives Cosmetics' brainchild/creator is Loren Ridinger and partnered with
her lovely-self, is LaLa Anthony (hence anytime you see Motives for LaLa beauty
products, this is 'LaLa'). I've reviewed several of these items, out of the plethora
of products, that Motives has to choose from...


Now, this is where the 'Team' theme comes in:

NCGMT is comprised of numerous MUA's, Beauty Bloggers, Estheticians, Beauticians, Cosmetologists and so forth. This group offers many ways to become part of the Motives Cosmetics world and what they also offer is empowerment/encouragement by promoting beauty & knowledge through learning/working with these various products and with each other...
