Suggested Usage:
Take 1 capsule (twice daily-in other words 2 capsules per day-1 in the morning and 1 at
lunch or in the evening before dinner) with 8 oz of water before meal. Do not exceed
recommended dosage.
These capsules closely resemble one of the Matrix pills (the red one)..
My Results/Verdict:
Length/Time of Usage: 14 days, 1 capsule before breakfast/lunch
Feelings while taking this: for the 1st 3 days I felt somewhat 'warm & fuzzy'
Side Effects: I got somewhat parched & dried out (but this was me)
Results: I lost water weight ( I had to potty frequently so I had to increase my fluid
intake)
Weightloss: Mehh, neither here nor there as far as actual fat loss
My Verdict:
It did help with regards to water retention so I strongly suggest maintaining your
fluid levels, lest you find yourself experiencing the most painful of Charlie Horses
in the morning. Always consult your Physician before starting any supplement.
