Usage (Vitamins):
I used as directed, 3 capsules per day (1 with each meal) with water.
(I also consulted my physician BEFORE I started these
supplements)..

This supplement worked! I mean it really worked..my hair is already big but wow..
It got alot bigger after 10 days, but I am not complaining..except for the fact that I
