Here's what they look like...

I honestly think that they did help to hydrate my skin slightly, so I can't say
that they totally turned my skin around but on a scale of 1-10, w/1 being the least
bit of help and 10 being the most, I would rate this supplement a 4.5. I didn't notice
any really significant changes after taking these for 30 days, but I also can't say
that it was a totally useless venture.

So my as for my over-all rating I will give it a 3.8-Star Rating and a 'Mehh, it's iffy',
but then these were my own personal results, so again they may work wonders for the
