Let's face it, there comes a time when our wallets are empty, except for the linty dust bunnies, and we are forced to work within a tight..and sometimes extremely STRICT budget..especially when it comes to mascara. Now, I am a L'oreal fan and I try not to deviate from the brand but sometimes, I just have absolutely NO CHOICE! So, when I find myself in this situation, I like to settle for a mascara that just as worthy and suitable to my budget, and yes I have found a gem :) Klean Colors Girls Talk Mascara is a life saver..Available in 4 different formulas/1 Color (Black), it performs just as well as any well known name brand, at a fraction of the cost. I discovered this brand of products while on a trip to my local beauty supply store, and at $2.49 a pop, I was definitely impressed..it doesn't flake off or end up under your eyes, which can give you the 'raccoon effect', and it feels light and doesn't clump. Now, granted I only tried the Waterproof formula, which was awesome, I didn't get the opportunity to test the other formulas, but based on my trip to my local beauty supply store and seeing as to how many of the non-waterproof formulas were m.i.a, one can only assume that they must be good or they wouldn't be gone..lol..So, if you ever end up tight on $$ take yourself to your nearest Beauty Supply Store and seek this product out..You will be glad that you did :)
