How to prepare:

Use the spoon and measure a level spoonful of Matcha into the Tea Bowl,
Add boiling water (about 1/2 cup or 4 oz ) to the Tea Bowl and use the
Whisk to blend..Whisk well and add sweetener if desired. Serve & Enjoy!

I absolutely fell in love with this Matcha. The flavor is spectacular but very
delicate and it does carry a natural sweetness as well. I added 1/4 tsp of
sugar to this bowl and wow! Well balanced and good for the mind and
body. I actually drink 1 bowl of this per night because it helps me to have
a very restful sleep and I also wake up feeling much better..The wonderful
benefits of Tea :)..
