Usage: 

**Best if used before bedtime, in order to give your skin time to heal**

Use the desired roller head on a freshly washed face. Gently roll over the face,

section by section, horizontally/vertically. Follow immediately with your

choice of Hyaluronic Acid or Anti-aging Serum.

Now, as I've stated before, I have an extremely high tolerance for pain so Derma

Rolling doesn't bother me in the least. I rate this a 4 on the Pain Index-but this is 

from my usage and pain tolerance level. It helped clear up dark spots from acne 

and fine lines and the feel/look of my skin was very smooth and the elasticity was 

restored to my skin. I also noticed that my pores were greatly minimized too.
