regarding this..Here's what the tablets look like ..

**The following results are based on my personal experience with this product.


My Experience:

Amount taken: 3* tabs per day for 10 days straight.

My Skin Type: Very Oily

*I only took 3 tablets in the morning due to the fact that I will forget to take
them again later on in the day.

Results:
After day 2, my skin felt softer and my oil build-up was lighter, and by Day 5
the skin over the rest of my body felt softer and less dry and I didn't have to
use lotion as frequently and also, my hair was more manageable and less dry.
I maintained these results through Day 10.


And here was my Day 10 mugshot (no photoshop was used)..

I really enjoy this vitamin supplement and it really did help with my skin and its
texture, plus my hair didn't feel as dry and my nails grew like crazy too. I never
experienced any side effects from taking this but again, everyone is different, but
